Sales are governed by the following conditions. Alternative conditions are only valid when confirmed by us i writing. Our offers are non-binding, i.e. your order is only binding when confirmed or with in-stock products at delivery.
We reserve the right to limit availability of our products, changes of our products due to technical developments, changes of models and possible printing errors. For typographic reasons colors in sales records can differ from the original color shades.
The expected delivery period in the sales confirmation is subject to revision, since our products are custom-manufactured to order, an in limited quantities. Delivery times might be shorter. Delivery times will be specified from the date of our sales confirmation which we will inform you about as soon as possible.
Items will be shipped on weekdays, not including Saturdays. Shipment date is the day your article has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
The compulsory VAT is not included in the indicated prices. Prices within Switzerland and Germany include packaging and free delivery at the door step.
Changes of prices during the year are rare brut can occur- also to your benefit. Therefore only the prices in your order confirmation apply.
The invoice amount must be paid via bank transfer within 30 days.
Apparent defects must be indicated in written form within a week after acceptance, concealed defects within a week after their discovery.
We warrant that our products are free of material or manufacturing defects for a period 5 years from date of delivery, given normal use of 8 hours a day.
In case of defect we will repair or replace (at our option) your item free of charge.
Swiss law applies with place of jurisdiction at Freiburg, Switzerland.
